Happiness

Are you happy with everything that's going on in your life or are you just the type to settle to make it seem as if you are happy? There are two different types of happiness which is natural happiness and synthetic happiness.

Natural happiness is when you get what you want when you want it. Having the freedom to do anything that you want to do is natural happiness. Synthetic happiness is what we get when we don't get what we want. Synthetic happiness is all about choices.

When given choices, we may feel that we are not going to be happy with the outcome but we settle or "fake it until we make it". When we are left without choices we tend to think of bitter outcomes. That is not always the case though because synthetic happiness can be just as rewarding as natural happiness. Happiness is a choice and I feel that we, as people, choose our own happiness. We shouldn't look for happiness, we should create it. Just because someone sees your situation and think that they wouldn't be happy with the outcome does not mean that you are unhappy. Everybody has their own opinions of everything that others do but we shouldn't let what others say justify our happiness. If we tend to let others choose for us then we will always feel unhappy. I tend to do what makes me happy whether it is a natural or a synthetic happiness. I will not let others choose my happiness.

  1. I would have to say that I have synthetic happiness because I really hate for people to be in my business so I seem happy when at times im not I feel like thats away to keep people from talking about you

  2. I feel I have suffered from both natural happiness and synthetic happiness. But as I have gotten older I feel I do whatever makes me happy. I refuse to allow anyone to define my happiness. Because when other define your happiness you will never be truly happy. I feel happiness is a choice and whether you choose to be happy or choose other to define your happiness the choice is yours.

  3. I've seen a lot of people implement the fake it to you make it, truth is the outcome is never what you expect.
